TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
GENERAL:✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission.✦ Please always credit me when uploading my art to your social media.✦ All my art is public unless a date is given. (I take the liberty of being able to publish my art, both final and #WIPS, without previous)✦ Modifications of the finished design will only be possible as an additional charge.✦ Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions are digital files only (PNG, GIF, PSD)✦ I'm not responsible for your commission being rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure your request is in appliance with the guidelines of the preferred platform.✦ Turn around time will be between 4-8 weeks (working days), or longer depending on the amount of commission.✦ +5,4% Paypal fee in total of your orders✦ All prices are subject to change and depend on the difficulty level of your commission.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:✦ All prices are in USD, Upfront payment. (Only Paypal)✦ Commissions are made in the order they were paid.✦ A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.✦ If commission has already started, no refunds will be issued.✦ Payments are made in advance by Paypal invoice. I do not allow partial payments
EXTRA FEE:✦ Rush is +50% of the whole commission.✦ Merch is +100% of the whole commission✦ Privacy is +10% of the whole commission. (More than a month and a half of waiting is charged)

COMMS PROCRESS:✦ Contact me via Twitter, send me your Google Doc with all the references and ideas.✦ After reviewing and accepting the commission, I will send you the corresponding invoice.✦ When the payment is completed, I will send you the commission sketch. In this step, you can send me all the changes you want.✦ After making all the changes, I will start with the Lineart and coloring. (Only rarely do I send the Lineart and coloring separately).✦ After finishing the Lineart and coloring, I will send you the final product for final changes. In this step, changes such as colors, small details, adding stars, hearts, etc. are accepted. If you want a larger change, an extra charge will be made.✦ After completing the changes, I will ask you for a Gmail where I will send you the final commission.✦ Depending on the Form, the commission will be published as soon as it is finished

If you want an advance on your commission, ask without fear, I will show you without any problem. (If no progress has been made, I will also tell you about it)

Se envían únicamente en formato digital (PNG, GIF, PSD).✦ No soy responsable de que tu comisión sea rechazada por Twitch o cualquier otra plataforma, así que asegúrate de que tu solicitud esté de acuerdo con las pautas de la plataforma preferida.✦ El tiempo de respuesta será de entre 4 y 8 semanas (días hábiles), o más dependiendo del monto de la comisión.✦ +5,4% de comisión de Paypal en el total de tus pedidos✦ Todos los precios están sujetos a cambios y dependen del nivel de dificultad de su comisión.
PAGOS Y REEMBOLSOS:✦ La comisión solo iniciará con el pago completado. (El pago solamente se podrá hacer atreves de Paypal)✦ Las comisiones se realizan en el orden en que se pagan.✦ Sólo se efectuará un reembolso completo si no se ha iniciado el trabajo.✦ Si la comisión ya ha comenzado, no se emitirán reembolsos.✦ Los pagos se realizan por adelantado mediante factura de PayPal. No se permiten pagos parciales.
